There is only one main entrance at the front of the Panthéon building. It's the only primary access point for all the visitors.
Panthéon is closed on the following days:

You can rent a wheelchair from the reception of the monument.
Panthéon is only partially accessible for people on wheelchairs. While there are ramps and wheelchair provision for individuals with restricted mobility, the toilets are not wheelchair-accessible.
You can take strollers inside the Panthéon.
