Very nice way to see more about Lisbon and it's surroundings. The guide was very nice and he liked to share stories. You don't have to worry about the times of the visits because does that for you. You always enter the castles on time.

The guide was generally very good in trying circumstances. The tour was misrepresented by Headout. It was supposed to be an English tour, but it was 75% Portuguese and 25% English. The instructions for starting the tour at the pick up point were completely inadequate. We were faced with a 3 hour dead period in the middle of our tour that was never pointed out nor explained to us. The guide had to contend with customers of different mobility levels and had to try to coordinate multiple batches of folks. We did not get enough time at Pena nor did we get a complete tour, nor an explanation of what facilities that were there. The guide should have a mic system so everyone can hear him.
