We were very impressed with all of the exhibits including the ice cave and the Northern Lights show. The staff were lovely and welcoming and flexible too. We were late due to leaving a bag on a bus. But after a stressful morning, we were accommodated an hour later than planned. The building itself is fabulous and the outdoor deck and viewing area are well worth seeing.Birgit

When the man at the reception desk realized that I did not fully understand the English explanation, he asked me what my native language was, pulled out a Japanese explanation board, and carefully explained to me to take a picture of it with my camera. When I had trouble reading the QR code on my wristband, he helped me. I was happy because he was smiling and very kind. In the exhibition, I was particularly impressed with the aurora borealis in the planetarium. The view from space and the visualization of the magnetic field were also interesting. The video show of lava was great to see in the projection room and also in another room where it was expressed using even the floor. The ice cave was well done for an indoor experience. This review is translated. Show original review.Rachel

It was fine. I didn't like the access. The bus stop is far away and we had to take a cab back to the city.View original review in Spanish
