Pro tips to help you make a pick
Book tickets online: Entry to Phantasialand is possible only with a pre-booked online ticket. The park does not sell tickets on-site and there are only a limited number of tickets available per day. Ensure you purchase your tickets online sufficiently in advance to guarantee your entry and get the best prices.
Timing is key: To avoid large crowds, plan your visit on a weekday and arrive early, preferably at or just before the opening time. This will allow you to access the popular rides and attractions without having to wait in long lines.
Navigate with a map: Get a map of the theme park to familiarise yourself with its layout and note where the rides and attractions that you want to experience are located. This way, you’ll be able to plan your route and navigate smoothly through the park. Download the Phantasialand app, which gives real-time waiting times for rides, show schedules, a park map, and other useful information.
Use the single-rider benefit: If you’re willing to go on rides alone, make use of the single-rider queue, which allows you to skip the regular waiting lines and get on the rides immediately.
Baby Switch program for parents: Parents with small children can take advantage of the Baby Switch program. This allows parents to take turns to go on a particular ride while the other one waits with the children. The second parent can switch places with their partner without having to wait in line again.
