The official and only public entrance is located on Carrer de Montcada, between numbers 15 and 23. Look for the 'Museu Picasso' signage and, during busy times, a visible line outside. The approach is on cobblestone but generally flat, and the museum provides accessible routes and elevators inside for visitors with reduced mobility. All standard visitors, including those with tickets and those purchasing on-site, enter here. If you require step-free access or assistance, staff are available to help upon arrival.

I'm not usually a big museum person but I absolutely love the Moco. Terrific modern art and graffiti. Very interesting quotes, info boards and audio. Easy to follow layout. Fabulous interactive displays and videos. All round marvellous Moco.

We had the 72-hour metro pass and found it ideal. We used it a lot, but also walked a great deal. Wait times for the metro aren't long, though it can get very crowded at times. The metro system is very clear; you can see exactly which metro line to take or where to transfer. We definitely recommend this card.

We had a very informative and enjoyable tour of the Picasso Museum, especially the opportunity to learn about Picasso’s early years and the influences that shaped his work. The artwork is amazing, and the museum does an excellent job explaining the creative influences behind his development as an artist. One area that I felt was missing was a significant 30–40 year period of Picasso’s life. I understand how difficult it would be to represent every phase of such a long and prolific career, but I think the museum could make a greater effort to provide some context for that period, even if original works are not available. The museum itself is housed in a beautiful and creative space, and the location is truly magical. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about both Picasso and the Barcelona region, which added a great deal to the experience. Overall, it was a fascinating visit and a wonderful way to learn more about one of the most influential artists of the 20th century.

The tour was great! We saw a lot of different views and the commentary was great! I liked that you could select different languages, although one bus had a problem where only one of the earplugs would work but that was really the only problem I expierenced. The staff was also really nice and professional. Overal a great addition to our trip. Thank you!
