There is little waiting time at the entrance. Visitors are led into the galleries in stages. This means that despite the large number of visitors, you have the opportunity to look at the art objects closely.

Very good experience. Travelled to Malaga in Christmas time and booked some activities of course. The team was kind enough to announce me that the Picasso museum for instance, changed their visiting hours and closing earlier than usual. So being informed I was able to reach earlier & I didn't missed the chance of seeing it.

The curation of Picasso's work around themes was fantastic and offered new insights into his work. The museum space is also fantastic!

Really enjoyed opportunity to see some of Piccaso's work up close, not only that other artists works on display were also very interesting, says recognised some of areas in the photography exhibition. Bought the combo ticket to take full advantage of opportunity to broaden my horizons, were art is concerned. Got tickets through headout & no problems what so ever, very informative updates through email & WhatsApp, just presented info at door & in..!!

Really enjoyed the Picasso museum. Went with my husband and brother-in-law and wife. We thought it helped you understand more about Picasso and his life.

Experience an impressive foray into the world of Picasso with this cost-saving combo ticket to two of Malaga's must-visit points of attraction, the Picasso Museum and Picasso's Birthplace Museum. This combo is a delightful blend of art, history, and savings. You'll leave with an enriched understanding of Picasso's artistic journey and his profound impact on the art world.

Picasso Museum Malaga

The Palacio de Buenavista houses the Picasso Museum, a majestic amalgamation of Renaissance and Mudéjar architectural styles. Inside, you'll find Picasso's diverse work forms, from his pioneering cubist paintings to his transformative ceramics and drawings. An audio guide in 13 languages will accompany your exploration, providing intriguing insights into Picasso's life and work. The highlight of your visit could be the access to the 'Dialogues with Picasso' collection, which displays nearly eight decades of Picasso's evolving artistry.

Picasso's Birthplace Museum

Your Malaga journey would remain incomplete without a visit to Picasso's Birthplace Museum, a historical building that was home to Picasso until 1884. The museum allows you to trace the life and inspirations of Picasso through his personal collection of art pieces and his greatest works on display. Interestingly, Picasso's library, now a research center, holds a wealth of information about 19th-century art. This experience includes skip-the-line admission, allowing you to avoid long queues and make the most of your Picasso exploration.
