Exemplary was the responsiveness, adaptability and flexibility of the agency. Camilla, our guide, spoke English very well, slowly and with simple words. She had all the answers to the many questions that were asked and also, did not hesitate to give us additional information about the city. Excellent service.

The visit to the Uffizi is stupendous. You need at least a full day to get even a sampling. But you need your own guide or guidebook because the layout of the galleries makes it hard to pick up a coherent thread. Even with the timed tickets there is quite a crowd. The Pitti Palace also has a lot to see, and again you'll need to have a guide or a book, but it is not nearly as crowded despite having many major works. The pickup of the tickets was very efficient once we found the office - there are three shops with number 10 on the same block.

Seeing my favorite works again, as I have been to the museum on three previous occasions. I also enjoyed discovering new works and observing them in more detail.

Easy access; good times available. Easy to purchase. Especially enjoyed the Pitti Palace exhibits with some variety. And the views from the gardens.

Our tickets were for a 5-day pass but we could only use the tickets once for each place. We should have been able to visit a venue such as the Boboli Gardens more than once with our tickets. This was very disappointing.
