I had issues downloading the app, and it wasat least half an hour into the visit before I managed to sort it out. Staff should make sure everyone is ready before herding us in.

It should be made clear it is not a guide. The term "host" is easily misunderstood for a tour. We spent extra to get audio, but no headphones are provided

The group left without me by accident. But I was there on time (and I had booked only the tickets) so they gifted me a guided tour through the gallery. I highly recommend the guided experience because it was better since the gallery is huge

Accademia Gallery

Enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of seeing one of the most iconic sculptures of all time, Michelangelo's David, depicting the biblical character before his battle with Goliath. However, this is just the tip of the art iceberg that the gallery has to offer - known for housing Michelangelo’s greatest works along with other works from renowned artists. These are some important halls you absolutely cannot miss like Hall of Prisoners, The Tribune, and Hall of The Colossus.

Boboli Gardens

At Boboli Gardens, the architecture, landscaping, and sculptures meld in ancient style and Renaissance art. Look into aesthetic grottos, the most famous of which being the Regal Fountain of Neptune created by Bernardo Buontalenti. Admire the 6-meter high obelisk from the time of Ramses II. Explore the garden to discover Branch Archways, the Boboli Amphitheater, and the Garden of Ganymede. Pitti Palace

All visitors must leave umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks in the cloakroom located near the entrance at Pitti Palace. The use of the cloakroom is free.

Pitti Palace
