This was really easy to organise the tickets and the journey from the airport to Venice was a lovely introduction to this beautiful city

We had to wait several boats before we departed. Otherwise it was great. Also there were no porters at the other end to help with directions and with our luggage.

Was surprized to read that tickets needed to be printed. What traveller has a printer while away from home. Fortunately a ticket booth was not too far away but it did require a special trip to get printed ticket. Thankful I read through all the info in the email I received confirming ticket purchase. I'm sure you get this feedback from other customers.

It was easy to find the ticket office, and the staff was efficient at printing our tickets. It was very clear where we had to go to wait for our bus!

We waited at the airport to catch a water bus on the orange/red line (whatever wasnt blue) and it took over 1 hour to get a bus for us. While the blue line has 4 busses depart in that same hour. I waited at a stop to get back to the airport at 11:15pm, 30 min before the service was set to stop and a bus never came. Leaving myself and my friend stranded on the island overnight. The next morning we were at a different location of the island and it took us a very long time to find a bus stop that would take us back to the airport. Once we found one we waited inside the booth for over 30 min, and when the bus came they wouldnt let us on because we didnt check in with the random guy in the street. We had to wait for the next bus after checking in with the guy. It was not a good experience at all. I would highly suggest more transparency on when the final buses leave each stop. And better directions on how to wait for the buses at the stops. I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone else, based on my experience

How to use your tickets

You will receive your mobile voucher via email shortly. Print the voucher which was sent in the email, you can have in change regular tickets, avoiding any queues.
You are required to exchange your mobile booking voucher with a physical ticket at the below-mentioned Ticket Offices in Venice.
