The ticket experience was great via headout app but, while taking the tickets via booking, there it showed to me that only kids above 13 years will pay, i took 3 tickets instead of 4 and while onboarding, I had to explain the situation and buy a New ticket for 10 years kid. Please align with Booking.com the correct ages for kids Thank you

The driver was always on the mobile and we couldn't even ask him anything about the trip. When we went down near the Vatican he began grumble that he had to do all the way for only 5persons.

The bus ride went really well but it was really hard to find the actual bus stop and there was no customer support i vould contact. The description of where the bus leaves from termini was not good and i almost got late to the bus because i could not find it.
