La fréquence et ponctualité des trains. La facilité d accès et signalétique surtout à l aéroport, alors qu'à la gare le Leonardo express n'est pas précisément indiqué...il faut se renseigner pour trouver le quai, et les billets sur le smartphone ne passe pas sur la borne, j ai du demandé à un agent pour valider mon passage. A part ces 2 déboires tout s'est bien passé. Bon rapport prestation-prix. Jr recommande ce transpot navette.

Die Züge, unzwar alle, waren sauber, pünktlich, schnell. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bin gerne gefahren und werde es hoffentlich wieder tun. Übrigens, die Buchung über die App einfach und zuverlässig.

Mich nerven diese Nachfragemails. Nun, ich hatte einen simplen Transport mit dem ÖV gebucht und das hat geklappt. Das sollte normal sein und daher ok. Nicht mehr - nicht weniger. Bitte lassen Sie mich fortan mit den Nachfragemails in Ruhe. Danke.

The train was an express to city center. That is awesome. However, the train was very crowded and hot. Not sure why there are times to actually get on the train as it was a mad rush. 🤔
