La puntualidad y limpieza de los vagones sin duda. Sólo un detalle, me hubiese gustado el que voceen cuando llegamos a la T1 del aeropuerto porque por venir conversando por poco no me bajo a tiempo :-)

Worked reasonably well. Had to ask for help with person at the station. Hence was not flawless but was able to get it all done in a reasonable way.

L'agent d'accueil de trainitalia a été juste super ! Elle nous a bien dirigé. Le train était était à l'heure et le trajet jusqu'à la gare centrale à été super rapide .

Good to buy tickets in advance so you are sure to get on the train. Very straightforward and accessible. We had a HUGE case with a bike inside plus 3 other bags. Lots of luggage space and we had no problems getting on and off the train.
