To świetna usługa, łatwo znaleźć punkty odbioru na lotnisku w Melbourne i stacji Southern Cross. Moim jedynym dramatem jest podnoszenie walizki na wyższe półki w autobusie. Obsługa nie zaoferowała żadnej pomocy przy wkładaniu lub zdejmowaniu walizek. Prawdopodobnie nie leży to w zakresie ich obowiązków, ale jako niska osoba jest to dla mnie trudne.
