I thought the old format of outgoing and return ticket on the same form or scan was a lot simpler and less waste and time than the present system. The newer system seems to have over complicated things

First time user from overseas. Simple to book, staff at depot helped clarify couple of things - departure times. Trip comfortable on bus, drop off explained so all round excellent!

Very easy and reliable way to get from airport to city. One suggestion is the ability to add the online ticket to your apple wallet or android and to share it with your travel companion. I bought two fares online which meant we had to travel together or take a screenshot shot.

nothing wrong with skybus which was absolutely perfect. I had to call them as to why I disn't get the senior discount and they said its because you went through headout. so going bthough you cost me 4 bucks

Bus trip from Melbourne airport to the city was comfortable and quite quick considering it was a Sunday! Looking forward the next leg when we head back to the airport. Bus was clean and comfortable. Driver assisted with the pleasant journey with great driving.
