What to bring

• According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition, and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.

• It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, or works of art.

• Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Re-entry is not possible.

• Strict dress code: Guests must wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees, and remove their hats when entering the Seville Cathedral.

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.

• The tower of La Giralda is not accessible by wheelchair.
