Wspaniale, że udało nam się zdobyć bilety w stosunkowo krótkim czasie, choć bez Pałacu Nasrydów, ale lepsze to niż nic. Jedyną rzeczą wymagającą poprawy jest audioprzewodnik, początkowo nieco krytyczny, aby w ogóle wziąć za niego pieniądze (4 € / osobę), ponieważ na terenie Alhambry znajduje się bezpłatny i znacznie lepszy audioprzewodnik (ale oczywiście nie jest to nigdzie wspomniane podczas rezerwacji, więc oczywiście rezerwujesz go dodatkowo), który jest połączony z wirtualną mapą, dzięki czemu nie można się zgubić ani przez pomyłkę słuchać niewłaściwego dźwięku. Zdarzyło się to kilka razy na początku z audioprzewodnikiem z Headout, dlatego przestaliśmy go używać po około 15 minutach i korzystaliśmy tylko z oficjalnego.

Otrzymałem wszystkie informacje dotyczące biletu. Cieszę się, że obsługa przy wejściu zwróciła uwagę na czas dojazdu do Pałaców Nasrydów, ponieważ nie zwróciłem uwagi na ten szczegół.

Pomimo negatywnych opinii znalezionych w sieci, nasze doświadczenie było świetne. Mieliśmy doskonałą wycieczkę z Miguelem, który mówił doskonale po angielsku, był naprawdę doświadczony i wiedział wszystko o Alhambrze i Generalife i wiele więcej. Miło spędzone 2,5 godziny z ciekawymi wskazówkami i dobrym poczuciem humoru.

Bilety autobusowe odebraliśmy dzień przed wizytą w Alhambrze. Mogliśmy jeździć pociągiem, ale nie autobusami miejskimi. Karta autobusu miejskiego stała się ważna dopiero po wizycie w Alhambrze. Dwukrotnie rozmawiałem o tym z headoutem. Powiedzieli mi, że bilet autobusowy będzie ważny dzień wcześniej. Błąd!

Je n'avais pas bien compris qu'il ne s'agissait que de l'Alcazaba, des jardins et du Généralife. Un peu déçu car c'est un voyage que je ne pense pas pouvoir refaire. Cependant, nous avons beaucoup aimé Granada.

Leave your furry friends behind, this experience does not allow pets.
Do not carry luggage or large backpacks with you, there are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible and baby strollers are prohibited at the Palace.
When booking your Granada City Card, you must choose the date and the time of your visit to Alhambra. Your card will be activated 5 consecutive days prior to your visit to Alhambra.
