The canal cruise was a lovely way to explore and see the city. The audio came on when needed but was not a constant. Refreshments not for sale on board so take your own on this one. The Heineken brewery was okay, trying to create an experience of being brewed and bottled yourself was a bit weird but having a free drink in a bar at the end made up for it! The photo and video are emailed to you free which was good.

We had a fantastic experience, and your staff are so friendly, especially the young man with the train track tattoo collecting glasses on Sunday 15th, he explained the reasoning behind the tattoo and told us a bit more about his experience as an Heineken employee which he thoroughly enjoys and is an asset to the company.

Es war sehr informativ dank dem audioguide, gut ach in deutscher Sprache. Die Tour war umfangreich und angenehm. Leider war das plastikdach nicht sichtdurchlässig, so war vieles abgedeckt. Sonst hätten wir mehr gesehen. Oder mit offenem Verdeck bei diesem schönen Wetter wäre es noch besser gewesen. Aber insgesamt ein gutes Erlebnis.
