L'audiovisuel guide en Francais pour le musée et la synagogue. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel. Nous avons apprécié le guide. Cependant, concernant les informations, nous n'avons pas compris qu'il n'était pas prévu l'entrée de la maison d'Anne Franck. Aussi, nous avons reçu tardivement votre proposition pour la réservation de l'entrée de la synagogue. Nous aurions aimé recevoir certes informations plus tôt. Heureusement, que nous restions sur Amsterdam pour bénéficier de l'entrée du musée et de la synagogue.

Our guide Julia was most informative and explained where and what we were seeing. Disappointed I couldn't get tickets for Anne's house, but her photos were most helpful.
