What to bring

• Bring your refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and gloves for your time at the park.

• Bring local currency or your preferred payment method for meals, souvenirs, and extra delights not covered by the ticket.

What’s not allowed

• The following are not allowed: loose long hair; coins, mobile phones, or any other metal object in pockets if the pocket cannot be completely closed.

Safety is a priority, so certain routes are permitted based on height:

• Rangers: For guests 1.15m and taller

• Explorador: For guests 1.25m and taller

• Thriller and Aventura: For guests 1.4m and taller

• Extreme: For guests 1.6m and taller

• Children under 6 years can only participate in the Mini-Kids circuits.

• Guests weighing over 100 kg or those unable to use the standard safety harness due to their size will be provided with an all-in waist-chest harness. The maximum weight allowed is 130 kg on adult circuits and 100 kg on children's circuits.

• Once guests register and enter the park, they will be given a 30-minute coaching session on how to use their PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and harness.

• Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• A parent/guardian must complete a waiver for guests under 16 years old. Waivers remain on file for 6 months from the date they are signed. Once a climber turns 18, they must sign their own waiver.

• Children (ages 6 and between 1.15m and 1.39m) can enjoy the Rangers circuit on their own, and the Explorador circuit if they are over 1.25m tall.

• Children (up to 16 years old and over 1.40m) can enjoy the Rangers, Explorador, Aventura, and Thriller circuits on their own. If over 1.60m, they may also try the Extreme circuit with an adult and staff approval.

• The entrance fee for Mushrif Park is required to access the public park (AED 3 per person and AED 10 per car) and is not included with your Aventura Parks ticket.

• Entry is free for people with determination and their caregivers.

• For your safety, please follow all rules and instructions carefully. You are responsible for learning the correct techniques and adhering to safety measures to avoid any risks.

• In case of bad weather, the park may pause activities for your safety. Guests who’ve been there less than 1.5 hours will receive a free ticket for another visit within 60 days.

• To ensure the return of safety equipment, you'll be required to leave a valid ID or driver's license, or an AED 1000 deposit for each set of equipment used.

• The circuits close 45 minutes before the park closes; return your equipment 15 minutes before closing.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
