Bazylika św. Marka

We loved the tour in St. Mark's Basilica. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I liked how it was described to us by the tour guide that the St. Mark Square represents knowledge, power and religion with the Biblioteca Marciana (Knowledge), Doge's Palace (Power), and Basilica di San Marco (Religion ) situated in the square. Amazing tour! I was glad to get the tickets on headout last minute. We didn't plan ahead and after we reached St. Mark Square, we saw then long line to enter the Basilica. I went to Headout, purchased our ticket and was able to enjoy the tour with my family. Thank you, Headout!

Ellena - nasz przewodnik - była bardzo pouczająca, a sposób, w jaki przeprowadziła nas przez historię Wenecji, był po prostu niesamowity. Jej znajomość faktów i sposób opowiadania historii sprawiły, że całe doświadczenie było bardzo wzbogacające.

Overall the experience was good, as I had indicated. The 2 venues were great, but the first guide, for the Doge's Palace, was not very entertaining - actually, he was boring, going on & on in a monotone with poor English language skills. The second guide, a woman, however, was very good, very personable while still informative.

We are very happy we decided to book this tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and very easy to understand. We found it so much better than trying to do it on our own.

Valentina was fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and knows so much about the history of Venice! We really enjoyed her tour and would like to have her as a guide again.
