Przewodnik był trudny do nadążenia i dość trudny do zrozumienia. Przewodnik nie był zainteresowany pomocą w kolejnej części naszej rezerwacji - przejażdżce gondolą. Rezerwacja wskazywała, że mieliśmy 2,5 godziny doświadczenia. W rzeczywistości okazało się, że była to około godzina w Basicila, po której nastąpiła 3,5-godzinna przerwa przed 20-minutową przejażdżką gondolą. Nigdzie nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o istnieniu tej luki - musiałem zadzwonić pod numer serwisowy, aby porozmawiać z przedstawicielem, który poinformował mnie, że przejażdżka gondolą odbędzie się po południu. Wymagało to od nas zmiany planów dla naszej 10-osobowej grupy na resztę dnia.

our guide speaks English but it was so hard for our party of 7 to understand him, he speaks so fast and his accent is strong, we were not able to ubderstand most if what he was saying. the head phones they provided are not the best either. for the price we paid, would be nice if we get our money's worth but did not.

Tuve que llamar a atención al cliente porque no estaba claro el punto de encuentro y la zona estaba masificada, con la guía Bianca fue todo genial y la señora un encanto y muy bien explicado. El paseo en góndola lo tuvimos que cancelar por las inclemencias del tiempo y la tormenta que hubo.

A ramp is available at the Porta del Fiori (Door of Flowers) entrance on the left-hand side of the basilica.
The Museum on the upper floor of the basilica is served by both a lift and stair lifts.

The guided tour of St. Mark’s Basilica starts at 10:45am and the shared gondola ride starts at 3pm.

Getting There

By Ferry: Board line B and get off at the S.Marco station. Walk onto Piazza San Marco/Salita S. Moise. Turn left onto Calle Larga Ascensione and on your left, you will see Ufficio Postale Poste Italiane and Museo Correr to either side.

Note: Late arrivals and people who miss their tour will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

The tour reservations have strict timings. If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again (subject to availability).
