Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Besuch der Galerie mit dem Museum. Auch der Blick vom Balkon des Markusdomes war sehenswert. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Es regnete den ganzen Tag sehr stark.

Easy directions to find meeting spot to collect tickets using google maps, staff there really helpful with downloaded audio guide. Basilica was well worth a visit,stunning building inside and out. Easy to access with skip the line tickets as they have a separate entrance. We hadn't booked the museum and viewing platform but can pay €7 while there, worth the extra as it has great views of the inside the Basilica and outside of St Marks Square.
