Po wejściu do środka, po zapłaceniu 20 euro za wstęp, trzeba było ponownie zapłacić za inne wizyty wewnątrz bazyliki, ta informacja nie była mi znana przed wejściem do środka. Wizyta jest całkowicie przepełniona, co nie czyni jej w pełni satysfakcjonującą.

ticket coupe fil qui évit la queue parfait mais je n'ai pas été prévenue qu'il fallait autre résa pour visiter musée et étage et une autre pièce. Tak więc wizyta w bazylice była bardzo krótka, a audioprzewodnik nie działał w bazylice.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jesteśmy zadowoleni, że zarezerwowaliśmy bilety z pominięciem kolejki z audioprzewodnikiem, ale w przyszłości prawdopodobnie zarezerwowałbym bilety z pominięciem kolejki bezpośrednio w miejscu wydarzenia, wiedząc, że często mają kody QR do zakupu tych biletów na miejscu. Naszą największą frustracją było to, że instrukcje nie były jasne - pobrałem aplikację Headout i miałem dostęp do czegoś, co uważałem za nasze bilety. Okazało się, że był to voucher, a nie bilet. Nie było też jasne, gdzie otrzymaliśmy audioprzewodnik - obiekt powiedział, że wiele grup wycieczkowych spotyka się w określonym obszarze i otrzymujesz dźwięk z przewodnikiem. Nie było jasne, że musimy pobrać inną aplikację, która wymaga nazwy użytkownika/kodu dostępu. Byliśmy sfrustrowani, że możemy nie być w stanie wykorzystać naszych biletów i zobaczyć atrakcji, które mieliśmy nadzieję zobaczyć. Skontaktowaliśmy się z obsługą klienta, a asystent był bardzo pomocny i był w stanie wysłać SMS-em bilety na mój telefon oraz link do aplikacji audioprzewodnika z nazwą użytkownika/kodem dostępu. Audioprzewodnik zawierał wiele historii i szczegółów, ale nie było do końca jasne, gdzie powinniśmy stać w obiekcie, aby zobaczyć, o czym się uczymy.

Budynek był piękny. Audioprzewodnik był bezużyteczny, ponieważ przestał działać, gdy sygnał nie był dostępny. Pisemny komentarz był słaby. Spodziewałem się znacznie lepszej jakości za cenę, którą zapłaciłem. Nie polecam.

Bilet z pominięciem kolejki był świetny, audioprzewodnik nie za bardzo. Wydać dodatkowe 7 dolarów w środku, aby zwiedzić muzeum. Dobrze wydane pieniądze i wychodzisz na balkony.
