Le personnel du parc sont très gentils et accueillants mais nous avons été déçu de voir tous les restaurants fermés et d être obligé de revenir sur nos pas pour manger

J'y suis aller avec mon fils de 2 ans dans l'unique but de le rendre heureux et ça n'a pas manqué, merci pour vos attraction d'adapter à tout âges. Énorme frustration sur les billets coupe file que je trouve être une honte absolue, des file d'attente indiquer à 10min mais qui doubler facilement à cause de toute les personne en coupe file qui passe devant nous a notre vue... a la fin de la journée ca commencer sérieusement a être énervant ++

Everything was smooth and outstanding. From the very beginning till the very last moment. We simply couldnt finish the whole toure throughout the entire opening hours. Its a spectacular experience that shall definitely be taking us again very soon (next week maybe 🤪)

For the ride to the airport itself, the socket didn't work on the bus which left me with no ability to charge my phone which sucked. But in general how the whole thing is organised is overly confusing when it doesn't have to be. The way there are no assigned seats/buses leads me to believe that I could arrive late for a bus and then be expected to wait for another one for an hour or more? I was at the three am bus and if I was left to stand in the queue for the next one I'd get sick cause it was cold outside. And there were many people left stranded when the 3am bus left. It'd be better to know for sure what bus is available to me. Also it's very hard to find the bus schedule
