Dzwoniłem do HOHO dwa razy przed przyjazdem do Blue Mtn. Za każdym razem agent był przyjazny i kompetentny. Kiedy dotarłem na miejsce, bilety online zostały zaakceptowane, a agent udzielił nam dobrych informacji na temat naszych potrzeb i życzeń ehile na HOHO. Kierowcy na trasie byli niezwykle przyjaźni i kompetentni. Autobusy kursowały punktualnie na każdym przystanku.

There was a young boy at the information desk. He was extremely helpful. Before we even asked, he had answered all our questions and even gave us info we didnt even think of asking. He was so clear and helpful that it made our trip just that much better! So good!!! Probably just need another round of times on the timetable, finishing at like 6 or something. I know it would be a long day though so not too sure how that would work. Would mean we could do just a bit more ☺️ Otherwise, it was a perfect day, thank you!

Such a convenient way to get around. I had two issues: 1) the main office had given me a leaflet with walks which were temporarily closed, but the bus driver still suggested that walk. So, that was confusing. 2) the last bus at stop 26 was due to arrive at 4.48pm. I got there 5 minutes before and waited for around 15 minutes but the bus didnt turn up. Luckily, Leura station was 20 mins walk but I was absolutely shattered at that point.

It's a very convenient way of getting orientated as to where you would like to get off. I have been visiting the blue mountains for over 50 years. I still catch the bus to get around as I travel there by train. I can be in Katoomba and ride the bus back to where I am staying at Leura.

We hade to guides on our trip. The female was fantastic. The male was very difficoult to hear what he said. It's necessary to speak clearly. All passangers are not Australian.

Very friendly drivers! We got on the bus at Fairmont and the driver gave good suggestion to us to visit the scenic world first to avoid too many tourists later during the day. We enjoyed the ride which gave us a good discovery of Blue Mountain.

Ticketing very easy online Driver ( female) was also great and entertaining. Our only problem was too much fog and mist ( not your fault!) so when we return next year, will book on the day when the weather is fine and sunny!
