Ticketing experience has been more than easy) especially when compared to the experience of 1,5-2 years ago, when tickets were sent by email after a while. Now the issue is resolved instantly, and your tickets are always with you, in the app, even offline. The tour was interesting, that's what I expected, so I liked it. Burj Al Arab is the calling card of Dubai, thus I recommend this tour to everyone.

Last Sunday, August 11th, I embarked on a journey into the heart of opulence with a tour of the iconic Burj Al Arab, booked through Headout. This architectural marvel has always been a symbol of Dubai's extravagant lifestyle, and stepping inside was like stepping into a different world. The tour was a captivating blend of history, architecture, and luxury. Our knowledgeable guide provided fascinating insights into the hotel's construction, design, and the unparalleled service it offers its guests. From the moment we entered the grand lobby, with its soaring atrium and intricate gold leaf decor, I was in awe. The tour took us through various public areas, including the stunningly beautiful restaurants and lounges. Each space was a masterpiece of design, with attention to detail that was simply breathtaking. We also had the opportunity to admire the breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf from the upper floors. The highlight of the tour for me was undoubtedly the Skyview Bar, located on the 27th floor. We visited the burj al Arab on the guided tour . Very informative looking at the museum how the hotel was built , and the history of the hotel . We also had access to the royal suite which was stunning ! Gold in all the rooms and even on my coffee Definitely would recommend seeing this amazing hotel

Too much posing for photos and irrelevant video to try and get more money and cost of these was ridiculous. More interested in making money than showing us the hotel. However, the building is iconic snd amaxing to see inside. Would have liked to see more of the actusl hotel. Enjoyed the welcome drink and dates, a nice touch.
