Audioprzewodnik Nie podano, że będzie można go pobrać na telefon komórkowy. Mieliśmy słuchawki, ale gniazdo było przeznaczone do tradycyjnego audioprzewodnika, a nie do telefonu komórkowego. Dlatego potrzebowaliśmy do tego połączenia internetowego, a nie każdy ma odpowiedni pakiet. Czasochłonne procedury, nie wskazano punktu odbioru biletów, niejasne informacje dotyczące rezerwacji. Jednak dziewczyna, która w końcu przejęła odpowiedzialność, była kompetentna. Trudne zarządzanie aplikacją podczas robienia zdjęć. Mało wyjaśnień historycznych. Problemy z zarządzaniem etapami.

Zamek był interesujący. Szkoda, że bileterka nie miała na sobie uniformu, który pozwoliłby ją wyraźnie zidentyfikować. Więc czekaliśmy 45 minut, aż zdaliśmy sobie sprawę, kim ona jest. Nie można było dobrze połączyć się z WiFi

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Audioprzewodnik to aplikacja - mogłaby zawierać więcej szczegółów na temat historii tu i tam To było bardziej podobne do "Amerykanie, szybko, szybko"

We really enjoyed our visit. The site and structure were very interesting and the views of Rome and the Vatican were impressive. The audio guide was helpful but could be organized in a way that is more helpful to the user experience. It takes a moment to figure out what order you are supposed to listen to the audio.

The building is amazing and the history was amazing. I loved the views. The audio was difficult to follow at times and the groups esp their leaders were extremely obstructive.
