Your Experience

Make the most of Italy’s passion for food by attending a culinary workshop that will get you well-versed in the secrets of Neapolitan cuisine. Participate in a three-hour cooking class with a professionally trained chef and learn how to cook your favorite Neapolitan dishes. You can take your pick from classic dishes like montanara, gnocchi, ravioli, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, lemon dessert, and tiramisu. Before getting started with the preparation, indulge your taste buds with fresh, locally-produced, and flavorful ingredients.

Once you get started with the cooking, the chef will be around to answer any queries you may have. The small group size ensures that everyone receives a more direct and engaging experience. At the end of the workshop, all members will come together with their hand-cooked dishes to the common table for an Italian feast. The only thing left to do is to savor everyone’s dishes, enjoy the accompanying wine, and exchange laughter and conversations with each other; just like the Italians do!
