Evening Rainforest & Glow Worm Experience

• The vehicles do not have luggage space. Therefore, guests are recommended to keep large bags and prams back at the hotel or residence.

• Please note, there is no storage on the bus or in the booking office for prams and large bags. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room.

• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, guests will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to all central Gold Coast Hotels (Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Broadbeach & Southport).

• Once you have confirmed your pickup location and time with us directly, on the night of your tour please wait for the bus in the main lobby/reception area 5 minutes before pickup.

• Our bus will be white and marked with Southern Cross Tours in red and blue writing.
