Cruise and food itself were great. Unfortunately, tourists can be unmanerred or act like animals that have not been fed for days... so, to be fair, all from headout's part was more than great, so they have my full 100% positive reviews! But, you asked for my feedback, so here it is. Maybe hang up a sign that reads: "behave as a normal, decent human instead of savages"?

It was very relaxing. A great opportunity to see some of Bangkok's most beautiful historic sites, while drifting down the river. The music wasn't too loud, the beer was free-flowing and the staff were very efficient.

Overall it was a good experience. It would be good if we could choose the table and floor during the ticket booking process. Randomly assigning the tables and floor does not seam fair once we reach the pier.

We booked the tour with free beer... They charged us 400 Bath for a pint of draft beer and 170 Bath for a small bottle of Chang beer.!???! The tour and food were all good, but why do you not keep your offer, Or better don't offer free beer at all! We did not join the cruise to get drunk, but disappointed about it. Check your offers rules , agents or whatever. We still enjoyed the cruise . No hard feelings ✨
