The Basilica was stunning but doesn't take long to be ushered through and unfortunately we thought our tickets included the cala d oro and the horse terrace but they didn't so double check if you want to do those. More impressed by Doges palace and much less crowded also amazing views. The museum was a surprise as was impressive and a welcome quiet place. The cafe is lovely and the best views of St marks square

Pas nadat ik had geboekt zag ik dat de toegestuurde codes nog ergens moesten worden omgezet in fysieke tickets, en wel vóór de gekozen tijd. Hierdoor stonden we aanvankelijk erg onder druk om op tijd aanwezig te zijn en moesen al zeer vroeg van huis vertrekken. Omdat de eerste twee overvolle waterbussen de halte oversloegen kwamen we alsnog te laat aan bij het kantoortje, maar konden de tickets nog wel in ontvangst nemen. De skip the line tickets waren de meerprijs wel waard, want wat stonden er lange rijen voor de San Marco kathedraal en het Dogenpaleis! Het lukte niet om de audioguide te downloaden binnenin de kathedraal, dat was wel jammer. Toen we thuis waren hebben we deze echter alsnog kunnen beluisteren. Het bezoek aan de kathedraal kostte niet zoveel tijd en ik vond het jammer dat voor bepaalde bezienswaardigheden nog extra betaald moest worden, dit hebben we dus niet gedaan. Het bezoek aan het Dogenpaleis was daarentegen zeer de moeite waard en we hadden er nog wel meer tijd kunnen doorbrengen, ware het niet dat we ook nog een bezoek wilden brengen aan de glasfabriek op Murano. Bij deze ticket zat geen audiogids, die kon ter plaatse aanvullend worden gekocht (niet gedaan). Het tevens meegeleverde boekje over Venetië is vooral leuk om thuis nog eens te lezen en herinneringen op te halen aan dit bezoek!

For the value I expected a full access to the other parts of the basilica. I found the guided audio not working and of no value and the guided book had value either. Similar to a general tour brochure. Tickets should be redeemed at the basilica and not at another location.

We ordered skip the line tickets on recommendation from a tour guide and ordered through the site. Ordering was easy, although we had to go to a shop to get physical tickets. Would be nice to get electronic tickets by email, but not that big of a problem. We liked the time flexibility and walking through at our own pace was the way to go. Thank you ☺️

Le visite ad entrambi i luoghi sono state soddisfacenti considerando il biglietto salta la fila. Per la basilica di san Marco si potrebbe inserire anche la visita alla pala d'oro (non compresa per cui abbiamo aggiunto altri 5 euro a persona). Così come per visitare le terrazze bisognava aggiungere altri7 euro (non l'abbiamo fatto).Il palazzo ducale era più completa come visita.
