Chciałbym zostawić opinię na temat wycieczki łodzią. Punkt z geolokalizacją, który otrzymaliśmy e-mailem, był błędny. Musieliśmy biec, aby być na czas i jechać tramwajem o 1 przystanek więcej. Proszę to naprawić, jeśli ktoś jest w Stambule po raz pierwszy, nie znajdzie prawidłowej lokalizacji. Lokalizacja w aplikacji również była błędna. To zepsuło nasze wrażenia ze spędzonego czasu.

It was good. But instructions were a bit misunderstanding. It was written to meed our guide at one spot. And when we go to this place there is noone. Instead they send us the qr codes to enter by ourselves. And they dont give instructions to just enter. So we waited at this spot. Good that at least they responded quickly enough when I contacted them by whatsapp. Although They did not respond to The emergency telephone number that was given at the ticket. So a bit messy. We still had a great time. So thank you!

The whole process was smooth and easy to understand. The customer service on WhatsApp was responsive and helpful. The boat ride was not too crowded and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone! Perfect for a one day outing!

Whole day spent there, there is so much to see. The best day in Istanbul. Very beautiful, you have audio guide that explains a lot and makes you experience even better. Beautiful photo spots.

An ID is required to access the free audio guide at the Dolmabahce Palace.
The Dolmabahce Palace audio guide is available in 15 languages.
Note that during the winter season (November 1 to March 31), the palace opens around 9am and closes around 4pm.
Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays.

The audio guide app for the Bosphorus Cruise is only accessible on Android version 10 or later.
The audio guide is available in 9 languages: English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, and Turkish.
