It was good. But instructions were a bit misunderstanding. It was written to meed our guide at one spot. And when we go to this place there is noone. Instead they send us the qr codes to enter by ourselves. And they dont give instructions to just enter. So we waited at this spot. Good that at least they responded quickly enough when I contacted them by whatsapp. Although They did not respond to The emergency telephone number that was given at the ticket. So a bit messy. We still had a great time. So thank you!

The whole process was smooth and easy to understand. The customer service on WhatsApp was responsive and helpful. The boat ride was not too crowded and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone! Perfect for a one day outing!

Bien et pratique. Vous devriez juste préciser que les audioguides se prennent à l'entrée pour éviter de se retrouver dans le palais avec les sur chaussures et de devoir retraverser le parc pour les rechercher. Sinon pas de problème. Merci.

The daily departure times are hourly between 12:45 and 3:45. At the pier, a member of the staff will help you download the audio app and help you on board. Along the way, be sure to keep an eye out for the many attractions along the coastline like the Dolmabahçe Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, Ciragan Palace, and much more. An ID is required to access the free audio guide at the Dolmabahce Palace.
The Dolmabahce Palace audio guide is available in 15 languages.
Note that during the winter season (November 1 to March 31), the palace opens around 9am and closes around 4pm.
Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays.

Bosphorus Crusie

The audio guide app for the Bosphorus Cruise is only accessible on Android version 10 or later.
The audio guide is available in 9 languages: English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, and Turkish.

At the pier, a member of the staff will help you download the audio app for the Bosphorus Cruise and help you on board.
