Con il biglietto online, che si scarica dall'app con facilità, si riesce ad accedere velocemente nel meraviglioso palazzo di dolmabahce. Portate un documento con voi perché viene richiesto per avere l'audioguida gratuita. La visita al palazzo avviene in modo autonomo seguendo un percorso segnalato e prestabilito. Con lo stesso biglietto si può visitare l'harem e la mostra di dipinti. Consigliatissimo!

It was not mentioned anywhere in the booking that a passport had to be submitted to get the audio guide. Because of that we didnt take it to the place, and we were not able to get the audio guide even if we payed for it. My suggestion is to mention this in the booking description so that visitors like us will not face such a situation.

Ticketing expense was very good, quick, fast forward. Audio guide was very good also. People flow while watching expositions in a Palace and Harem was at a pleasant pace and yet enough time to see everything. Unfortunately photos was not allowed to do in the Palace.

Very easy to get tickets. If you don't get an email with your tickets you can always message the seller on WhatsApp and they will send them to you as a pdf. There is a lot of walking and 3 sites to see on the palace grounds so be prepared. There's also a cafe available. Overall very good experience

As the place was very crowdy we were lucky to have our skip the line tickets. It saved us a lot of time. Information provided in the audio guide was interesting and just enough not to get bored. Unfortunately there is no audio guide available in Polish which I find surprising given the amount of tourists from Poland I saw there. The palace is impressive and really worth visiting but unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures inside.
