For a sport that first originated in Hawaii, stand-up paddle boarding has come a long way. Unlike traditional methods of surfing where the rider waits for the waves to carry him off to sea, stand-up paddle boarding is a human propelled board sport that keeps you healthy and young! The sport involves standing on a board that’s longer, wider, and thicker than a surfboard -more like a personal dock- and maneuvering through the water with a long-handled paddle.

Stand-up paddle boarding is especially great in Dubai. The atmosphere is peaceful and it allows some quality time with yourself. One need not worry if they haven’t paddled before while standing on a board on rowing waters. The instructors are professional and helpful. Within a short time, they will catch you up with the art of paddle boarding and then you can explore the waters on your own terms.

4 hours of FREE Parking in JBR is offered with these tickets. Validation to be done in the SEABREEZE Center in JBR.

This experience is available daily from 9 AM to 6:30 PM. There are tours taking place every 1 hour.

Capacity: Maximum one person is allowed at a time during the activity.
Child Policy: Minimum 7 years old with a written approval signed by the parents.
Participants must know how to swim.
Water Adventure Dubai has the right to cancel or postpone the activity due to weather conditions or any event or warning from local authorities. A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by Water Adventure Dubai.

Getting There

By Bus: Take bus 8, 84, or N55. Get down at Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 2 bus station. The meeting point is a 7-minute walk from here.

By Tram: Take tram 11 and get down at Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 Tram station. The meeting point is a 3-minute walk from here.

By Waterbus: Take waterbus BM1 and get off at the Marina Promenade Waterbus Station. The meeting point is a 10-minute walk from here.
