Łódź była fantastyczna, ale proszę o zmianę instrukcji w aplikacji, ponieważ są naprawdę złe. Licznik połączeń to tylko biurko na górze. Znak "Lake Road" nie jest widoczny i nie znajduje się przed restauracją Gourmet. Straciliśmy naprawdę dużo czasu na szukanie tego miejsca.

Tak więc pokaz odbywał się co 30 minut wieczorem. Lepiej uczestniczyć między 7:20 a 9:15. Oświetlenie jest lepsze, muzyka jest przyjemna i prawie wszystkie restauracje z jedzeniem są gotowe do zajęcia, więc kiedy klikniesz zdjęcie, zobaczysz wiele błysków. Jezioro jest dobre i przyjemna jazda.

I had a great show experience! But the redemption location is hard to find. It is said to be in front of Wafi Gourmet Restaurant, but it’s not in that area. In fact, I was able to find the LAKE Ride sign about 300 meters along the fountain in the direction of Burj Khalifa. I was disappointed in this regard, so I gave it 3 stars.

Purchasing my ticket was stress free & emailed to me immediately. Only thing is collecting your ticket in the Dubai Mall is in a different place than your directions. So it was a bit tricky to find. The Abra Lake ride was great & I would recommend that if you want to see the fountain show up close.

The office displayed in your instructions doesn't exist anymore and is located only in LG (Low Level) ground of Dubai Mall. Very, very confusing to allocate this counter and I was searching for it almost an hour. You can't simply skip the lines, first you have to speak to a person who puts you into the line. I suggested you to update your information. The best way to access the Mall from metro station is to go with the crowd and follow sign to the Mall but the first tunnel on the right hand side. Walk through the tunnel exit the building downstairs and turn left and walk the pedestrian sidewalk towards Burj Khalifa and walk by right side down towards lake and fountain till you the promenade and entry to the Dubai Mall entrance where the exchange counter is. This is the easiest way.

This 30-minute cruise on the traditional abra taxi gives you front row seats to the best fountain show in the world. Be awed by this jaw-dropping spectacle featuring 6,000 lights, 25 colored projectors, and 22,000 gallons of water sent into a synchronized dance! Spread over 900 ft in length – equal to more than two football pitches – The Dubai Fountain is placed on the 30-acre Burj Lake.

Know Before You Go

Important Information

Entry to the lake ride is time-specific. Boats depart 15 minutes before every fountain show and it is not possible to reschedule these.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.
Each boat can accommodate up to 8 people.

Timings

Daily: 6pm- 11pm (every 30 min)

Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid delays

Ticket Redemption Point

Head to the Ground Floor of the Dubai Mall
Display the voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall
Once you have exchanged your voucher for tickets, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains"
Once you are outside, please look for the "Lake Ride" sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant
