What to bring

• Have your original passport or Emirates ID ready. This is a requirement for verification during check-in.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind large bags/purses are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• While casual photography is allowed, any photography or videography taken for commercial use is not permitted without prior approval.

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests over the weight of 140 kg and under the age of 2 years.

Additional information

• All Passengers must complete a Passenger Declaration Form prior to the flight.

• Passengers are required to adhere to staff instructions at all times.

• Flights may be canceled or rescheduled without charges due to adverse weather conditions or external factors beyond control.

• Only children above 2 years old are allowed to fly. Children above 2 years old must purchase a seat and are not allowed to sit on adults' laps.

Important Information

• Pregnant women can fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy or at their own risk.

• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.

• Please note that timings are indicative and actual flight timings may change subject to availability and weather conditions.

• Comfortable clothes are recommended.

• Children below 2yrs are not allowed on the flight.

• Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Original Passports are mandatory for check-in, as is a disclaimer that has to be signed by the passengers.

• A maximum of 5 passengers are allowed per flight and seating is generally determined by the pilot based on the weight of each passenger.

Restrictions

• The maximum weight of all passengers cannot exceed 450 kg. If it does, you will be split up into different groups in order to reach capacity.

• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.

• Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.

• For security reasons, there are restrictions on photography. High-resolution camcorders or cameras with a telephoto lens greater than 400mm are not permitted.

Timings

• The tour is available daily at every hour from 10am - 5pm.

• Choose slots daily from 9am - 11am, 1pm - 3pm, or 3:30pm - 5pm.

• The route and duration of the flight are subject to changes.

• You need to arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with passport at the ticket redemption point.

• Please ensure that you arrive 60 mins before the start time of your experience to avoid any delays.
