Important Information

• It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any sickness during dune bashing.

• It is advised to wear lightweight clothing and covered footwear during summers. Bring along sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket during winters.

• All vehicles are fully insured and equipped with safety features including a first-aid kit, roll bars, seat belts, and GPS.

Restrictions

• The dune bashing experience is not suitable for: children aged 3 and under, pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with back and heart problems, and people with pre-existing medical conditions.

• Only guests aged 16 and above can take part in quad biking. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the quad bike.

• A private car booking is required if traveling with children under the age of 5.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• In the next step of booking, please specify the name and address of your hotel.

• On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.

• Pickup is available within Dubai except inside the mall.

• Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road.

• Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, Al Furjan Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options.

• Pickup is NOT available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai.

• Pickup time and location confirmation will be sent to you by email and WhatsApp. Please be ready for pickup 45 minutes before the start time of your tour.
