Nie zawsze udawało nam się znaleźć czerwony dywan, za który zapłaciliśmy, przez co przy niektórych okazjach musieliśmy zmierzyć się z tłumem i czuliśmy, że pieniądze zostały zmarnowane.

Przyjechałem zgodnie z życzeniem 15 minut przed wejściem tylko po to, aby powiedziano mi, że wrócę na czas wejścia, a następnie dołączę do bardzo długiej kolejki !!!! Po co płacić za ominięcie kolejki? Wszyscy w kolejce zadawali to samo pytanie bez odpowiedzi ze strony zespołu wsparcia. W przeciwnym razie wizyta była doskonała! Świetna pomoc w całym obiekcie oraz wspaniałe widoki na górze! Jedynym rozczarowaniem było pominięcie linii, która w rzeczywistości nie była pominięta!

The building is beautiful. The view is spectacular. That's all I can say. I honestly don't know what I was expecting, but for some reason, the experience was disappointing.

I was under the impression that the audio was on a head set. It would be very hard to hear anything just from my phone since there are so many people touring as well and it isn't quite when inside. The experience itself was ok. The views of the city were great!

The visit was great, the only reason I didn't select "Awesome" for a rating is that I purchased the skip-the-line tickets and there were no lines to skip so I didn't really need to spend the extra money on the enhanced tickets. I'm assuming people cancelled their plans to visit because of some weather earlier in the day which was great for us, it felt almost as if we had the place to ourselves.
