Portraits of Healing: Tyler's Suite and the Music of Ola Gjeilo

Tyler’s Suite is a new nine-piece choral movement dedicated to the memory of Tyler Clementi who died by suicide after being subject to bullying within his first weeks of college. Well received by critics and audiences, the event explores the experiences of Tyler and his family.

A moving tale, musically told. All the elements to move your mind and soul harmonize in this melodic symphony. Jane Clementi, Tyler’s mother, will attend the performance and share her experience and stories from the lives of Tyler and his family.

Dark Night of the Soul and Luminous Night of the Soul

A composition by Norwegian composer, Ola Gjeilo, will also be conducted for the New York Premiere of Gjeilo’s ‘Dark Night of the Soul and Luminous Night of the Soul’ and will include work from ‘The Ground from his Sunrise Mass’.
