Ogólnie był to dobrze spędzony czas, ale było trochę bardziej tłoczno niż myślałem. Krzyczące dzieci i głośno rozmawiający ludzie naprawdę zakłócali nasze wrażenia. Ponadto każdy pokój przedstawiał jakąś wiadomość. Przydałby się przewodnik lub notatki, aby zrozumieć, co się dzieje. Podobała mi się ogólna atmosfera i prace.

Samo doświadczenie było fantastyczne. Obsługa biletów z headoutem jednak nie była. Przy zakupie NIGDZIE nie wspomniano, że otrzymanie biletów zajmuje do 30 minut. Byliśmy więc 5 minut od wejścia do AYA i musieliśmy czekać ponad 30 minut (bo tak, nawet po 30 minutach bilety nie dotarły), aby wejść. Również czat wsparcia był nieosiągalny, nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Nie otrzymałem również odpowiedzi na maila. Po chyba 40 minutach otrzymaliśmy nasze bilety. Więc to było bardzo złe doświadczenie z bzdurną obsługą klienta

It was an unforgettable experience. Starting from the easy access and the friendly team there then the shows at each hall was amazing especially at Luna hall . I loved the idea of the Aya universe special passport .

There's so many cool indoor things to do during summer in UAE, and AYA universe is one in the top list. The experience was of 2-3hrs, went with my family and it was AMAZING! Headout made it easier to book the tickets and the confirmation was received pretty much quickly.

A blend of innovative technology and creativity

Step into the realm of Outland, where you will encounter new characters and avatars, gaze at the stars in Cosmos, and walk through the bioluminescent garden at Flora. The mirrored chamber of Tides is a mesmerizing experience, adorned with LED totems and a monolith in the center. The finale zone, Harmonia, will leave you in awe, with its 3-min robotic light show in a mirrored infinity space.
