We went to the Eiffel tower and waited there because we came early and then started to ask around, we got different answers and then found out that we had to go to some other place to get our tickets, first of all we got an email sent saying that it was our tickets, like e-tickets but we found out that it was just a voucher, we came a little late to this location to pick up our tickets and they were expensive, the staff or the woman there was very rude and not ready to assist in any way. We had to buy new tickets and had to wait for almost three ours. I can never recommend this company to anyone. Scammers. But our guide Daniel was great. I had bought the tickets as a Birthday gift so I had to buy again otherwise I would never have done it. People buy from other companies.
