Tutto tranquillo e soconfo i programmi, fiscalità a tratti eccessiva sull'orario di ingresso. Bella esperienza. Reparto rettili un po' forzato come accostamento all'ambiente acquatico.

The bus trip around the city and past major sights is a good way to get a feel for the city and where the sights are located. The cost is within reason and the Hop On Hop Off folks on the bus friendly and helpful. Suggestions for improvements: 1) The route map is somewhat confusing and an revamping might be in order. 2) The animated orientation map, showing 'your' bus location is pretty difficult to follow. Therefore the number of the Hop Off spot the bus is approaching is not always clear (unfortunately, the live announcements on the bus are not always clear. Uber, Free Now and other ride services seem to have this more under control. 3) It would be great if there could be a way to use the App to provide a reasonable estimate arrival time at a pick up location. (I know, traffic and other things make this difficult, but there is room for improvement.) Nevertheless, we used Hop On Hop Off in Genoa, Rome and Naples.

L'acquario molto bello e i pesci si vedeva che stavano bene. L'ambiente molto curato e i miei ragazzi sono rimasti affascinati. Le postazioni multimediali e i vari cartelloni, hanno aiutato a capire meglio l'ambiente marino.

Wir haben die Tickets online gebucht und konnten ohne Wartezeit direkt rein. Die Begrüßung und anfängliche Hilfe war hervorragend. Das Aquarium selbst ist wunderbar und sehr schön aufgebaut. An einzelnen Stationen haben sich jedoch viele Menschen gestaut. Gerne hätte ich mir den Octopus genauer angeschaut. Aber das lässt sich auch nicht verhindern. Alles in allem war es ein schönes Erlebnis für uns alle und wir werden noch lange daran denken. Danke.
