• Outside food and drinks, selfie sticks, photography or videography, and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited at the theme park.

• Awana Skyway will be closed for maintenance from October 14 to 18, 2024. On these days, the Genting Skyway will operate between 7am and 11pm.

• During prolonged periods of inclement weather, Genting SkyWorlds ‘Rainy Day Guarantee’ will be activated, offering a FREE return visit on selected dates within 12 months of your original visit. However, should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable and no further free visits will be offered.

• Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to receive notifications for the activation of the Rainy Day Guarantee after registering your ticket on the app.

• Virtual Queueing (VQ) allows you to reserve timed entries for rides, attractions and shows through the Genting SkyWorlds app. Activation occurs upon ticket scanning at the turnstile on your visit date.

• To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid activating or linking ticket codes until arrival. Activating tickets in advance may cause them to expire before use.

• Children are to be supervised at all times.

• Children below 90cm in height can enter for free.

• Operating hours may change without prior notice. Kindly check the attraction's official website prior to your visit.
