Important information

All guests booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification.
It’s recommended to wear layered clothing from March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.
It’s recommended to wear comfortable, sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
Facilities: Lift or boarding ramp, collapsible wheelchair accessibility.
If using a motorized wheelchair, please notify staff if it operates with a wet or dry battery at the time of booking.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.

Restrictions

You may bring a bottle of water, however, the bottle is not allowed to be opened in the aircraft.
The use of ‘Selfie Sticks’ and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years of age).
