when problems with showing the online-ticket, client should at least be allowed to queue in the ticketline and personnel at the counter should be able to look up the reservation buh name and/or bookingnumber

Basilika Cistern was fascinating. The skip the line ticket was super, we really didn't have to go through the long queue.

Al reservar las entradas pudimos saltarnos la cola, pero al ir a las 9 de l amañana, no nos encontramos con ese problema, ademas de poder disfrutar sin mucha gente las vistas y estar allí un buen rato paseandonos y desccubriendo su historia explicada en los diferentes niveles de la torre.

Easy booking and we did not have to queue at all, went straight in when we got there despite a huge queue to come in in the other line. Really nice place to visit.
