Easy to book tickets. Didnt need to print them off as the driver didnt have a scanning machine. My 4 year old grandson loved it and cant wait to go again.

Enjoyed the round trip . Ticketing was easy via mobile phone and Conwy Castle was awesome so full of history when life was "nasty brutish and short "

Lovely staff great information on the journey, beautiful scenery. 4 year old grandson loved it plus no long wait for returning bus . Grandson now wants to go on the land train. Thank you for a lovely experience, from a resident of North Wales

I went onto two buses, one to the great orm and second to Conwy. Information provided on both buses was very interesting. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The buses were clean.

We got the 48hr ticket and although it was very windy & cold on both days, that didn't stop us staying at the top deck and enjoy the stunning views as we travel along past them. The staff were very helpful and kind, have been friendly & served always with a smile.😉
