Excellent way to see the city, we can get off and off at the various stops. The Portuguese is the Brazilian version, this aspect could be improved.

The route is very comprehensive, the staff are very helpful and patient and the driving through all the traffic etc was spot on. The Thames Cruise was a highlight as it gave you a different perspective of the sights of the city. The commentary on board deleivered by one of the staff was well paced, clear and informative. It definitely added considerable to the experience.

The driver was excellent, driving under difficult conditions. We weren't offered audio on boarding, which made it difficult identifying landmarks, so had to use map to try doing so. The seats are very uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice tour.

Bought tickets online and saved 10% but your pick up at green park was non existent even though it had it in the sign. So we waited 30 minutes for nothing and had to walk pretty far for pick up instead of right across from the hotel. Other than that which was quite important to us because of my husband's hip, it was good

Was good but I've been on better tbh. The bus driver wasn't helpful and I feel like he pawned me off when I asked a directions question and he gave us wrong answer which meant we got off at the wrong stop. I wished the bus stops were marked clearer number wise so we knew what stop it was and I wish the audio wasore helpful with that. Otherwise it was great to see London from the top of the bus

Thames River Cruise

The 24/48-hour hop-on hop-off tickets also offer a one-way cruise across Thames River. Witness the London Eye, Millenium Bridge, Shard, Tower of London, and more from the blue waters.

First cruise: 10am from Westminster Pier & Tower Pier
Last cruise: 4pm (for 48-hour ticket) & 7:20pm (for 24-hour ticket) from Westminster Pier, 5:50 pm (for 48-hour ticket) from Greenwich, 6:55pm (for 24-hour ticket) from Tower Pier
Frequency: every 40 mins

Accessibility

The buses are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs must be no larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high to board the bus. If unsure, contact the service provider.
Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.

Additional information

Your dogs are welcome on the buses.
A 1-day ticket is valid for 1 calendar day whereas the 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, if you hop on at 10am, then your ticket remains valid till 10am the following day.
If you purchased the 24-hour HOHO pass, you get a one-way cruise from either Westminster or Tower Pier. However, the 48-hour HOHO pass offers a return transfer to/from Greenwich Pier on the same day.
