Well explained. Went to the tent and met the guys at the Tower who were really helpful. Tickets were purchased on line so we needed the printout. That part is a little confusing.

Everything was great. The two greeters at the Sky Tower were super helpful and all the drivers were very friendly. One small thing was that the web site said the road to the aquarium was flooded and buses weren't going there. As this was our destination it almost stopped me booking. Otherwise we had a great day. Thank you

The timing of when the last bus would be picking up was unclear so we got stuck and had to purchase an Uber. The website also said the bus was temporarily picking us up at a spot that it was not and that there was a shortened route due to flooding, which there wasn't. Other than that, we loved the experience. Its such a great way to see th city and we wish we could've seen a bit more!

I was worried that the tall trees might pose a danger to our bus. We would like to cooperate with the organization that manages the trees on the road so that customers can focus only on sightseeing during the tour.

The Red Route allows you to travel to many of Auckland's most sought-after tourist hotspots at your own pace with an English audio commentary available on board.
