Pomimo naszego vouchera, który mówił nam, że wszystko, co musimy zrobić, to okazać go, aby otrzymać bilety, tak nie było. Bardzo pomocny pracownik Hop On/Hop Off nie mógł tego zrobić i musieliśmy pobrać wiadomość e-mail, a następnie uzyskać dostęp do systemu, aby uzyskać kod QR, który następnie umożliwił wydrukowanie biletów. Zajęło to około 15 minut. Wycieczka była doskonała.

Personel był świetny! Personel był bardzo przyjazny, pełen szacunku i pomocny. Szkoda, że aplikacja nie ma sekcji, w której można sprawdzić, ile czasu mamy na przyjazd następnego autobusu oraz czas oczekiwania na przystankach. Poza tym skorzystalibyśmy z tej usługi ponownie.
