Nienawidzę muzyki między widokami. Wolałbym mieć przewodnika na żywo. Za mało czasu, aby wsiąść lub wysiąść... zła komunikacja na temat tego, gdzie jesteśmy, więc mieliśmy szansę wysiąść. Na jednym przystanku czekaliśmy na żółtą trasę. Powiedzieliśmy to nawet przewodnikowi na przystanku. Czekaliśmy 30 minut i ponownie zapytaliśmy przewodnika... wtedy powiedział nam, że autobus odjechał 5 minut temu. Byliśmy tam przez cały czas i żaden autobus nie powiedział żółtej trasy. Potem powiedział, że nazywa się to trasą muzealną!!! Dlaczego na górze autobusów jest napisane czerwona i niebieska trasa, a na żółtej jest napisane muzeum? Straciliśmy tak dużo czasu, a żółta trasa nie była nawet warta czekania.

Está bien en general, pero termina demasiado temprano el servicio. con lo que no te permite usarlo para volver cuando cierran las actividades. Y se pierde mucho tiempo en la misma parada del bus para hacer cambio de conductor, debería de ser más dinámico. Nos pasó los 3 días y esperamos más de media hora parados. Por el resto, muy bien. El autobús está muy bien, el personal muy amable y muy fácil presentar el tícket. Y las rutas ien planteadas.

im ersten bus war audio immer wieder wiederholt und nicht passend zum ort wo wir gerade durchgefahren sind. auch hatten wir probleme mit den stationen - ohne ständig die karte anzuschauen waren wir verloren und haben stop verpasst (zb wollten Buckingham aussteigen und habe es verpasst)

The drivers are very friendly and the service guys stationed at various stops were very helpful. And best of all there is wifi on the tour coach. My phone could not receive signals in London, but the the ground guy can retrieve my reservation and print out my ticket on the spot. Thank you for the tour.

The first bus I hopped on had a tour guide, who was brilliant, funny, and very knowledgeable about the city of London. I liked that I could stop off wherever I liked, and grab another bus down the route. The bus tracker app was also helpful to have an idea of when the next bus would be arriving.

Heads up! Bus stops 22, 24, 38, and 39 near Buckingham Palace will be closed from 10am to 12pm on days when the Changing of the Guard ceremony happens. You can use stops 16 or 23 instead during this time.
