Está bien en general, pero termina demasiado temprano el servicio. con lo que no te permite usarlo para volver cuando cierran las actividades. Y se pierde mucho tiempo en la misma parada del bus para hacer cambio de conductor, debería de ser más dinámico. Nos pasó los 3 días y esperamos más de media hora parados. Por el resto, muy bien. El autobús está muy bien, el personal muy amable y muy fácil presentar el tícket. Y las rutas ien planteadas.

im ersten bus war audio immer wieder wiederholt und nicht passend zum ort wo wir gerade durchgefahren sind. auch hatten wir probleme mit den stationen - ohne ständig die karte anzuschauen waren wir verloren und haben stop verpasst (zb wollten Buckingham aussteigen und habe es verpasst)

The drivers are very friendly and the service guys stationed at various stops were very helpful. And best of all there is wifi on the tour coach. My phone could not receive signals in London, but the the ground guy can retrieve my reservation and print out my ticket on the spot. Thank you for the tour.

The first bus I hopped on had a tour guide, who was brilliant, funny, and very knowledgeable about the city of London. I liked that I could stop off wherever I liked, and grab another bus down the route. The bus tracker app was also helpful to have an idea of when the next bus would be arriving.

Door de manifestatie waren bepaalde haltes thv Piccadilly niet werkzaam, natuurlijk niet in controle van de firma, maar als persoon met een mobiele handicap maakte dit voor mij vele kilometers stappen in een stad die onbekend is voor mij, ik had mijn dagtrip gepland rond het gebruik van de hop on, hop off bus...ik hiervan dus niet veel gebruik kunnen maken😟

Your cruise ticket is valid for any day within 7 days from when you start your hop-on hop-off bus tour.
Heads up! Bus stops 22, 24, 38, and 39 near Buckingham Palace will be closed from 10am to 12pm on days when the Changing of the Guard ceremony happens. You can use stops 16 or 23 instead during this time.
