Hj, na linha Castelo , não parou nas paradas 10 e 11., na hora do almoço.( só porque estava atrasada?). Permaneci no ônibus para ir novamente no Castelo e nessa segunda viagem o motorista xingou outro motorista de uma van q nao queria dar lugar para ele; houve um bate - boca e alto ele falou "filho da ..." Isso nao pode acontecer!!Os motoristas têm q ser melhor treinados para suportar o estresse do trânsito!

Having to go to the office after buying on-line tickets is inconvenient. Too many of the plugs on the busses didn't work, and the volume was too low to understand a lot of what was said.

comprei pela internet e so apareeu roteiro castelo. chegando no balcao troca nao era o roteiro que desejamos. mas a recepçao foi cordial e pagamos a diferença e fizemros 2 roteiros

Uma das pessoas que validam o ticket não me deu informações suficientes. Tive que insistir em perguntar pra entender o funcionamento do passeio. Ela não teve o cuidado de gastar uns minutos me explicando o que eu tinha direito no passeio. A cidade está super lotada nesse periodo de primavera e algumas rotas teriam que ter ônibus mais frequentes. O audio guia de Alguns assentos nao funcionava e acaba sendo repetitivo ouvir a mesma informaçao pois o roteiro passa pelas mesmas ruas varias vezes. No geral o passeio é bem confortavel e pratico. Os motoristas cordiais.

Mauvais point : pas de dématérialisation des tickets, donne l'occasion de les perdre et de devoir les racheter, oblige à débuter le tour au point 1 pour récupérer le ticket à l'agence ce qui entraîne une longue attente du bus en plein soleil. Intérêt de choisir ce tour opérateur, c'est le seul à proposer un billet valable 48 heures pour un prix acceptable
