Ritengo sia un servizio estremamente utile per poter visitare una grande città come Roma e l'opportunità di trovare quasi subito il pullman che ci portava in un'altro luogo da visitare. Il personale, di bordo, gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni esigenza, anche dal punto di vista della sicurezza, spesso infatti invitavano con estrema gentilezza alcuni passeggeri a sedersi onde evitare che cadessero durante la marcia. Estrema gentilezza anche con persone diversamente abili, assicurandosi che la carrozzina fosse ben fissata alle cinture di sicurezza. Poi l'ascolto attraverso le cuffie, spiegazioni accurate e perfettamente coordinate durante il passaggio. Una bellissima esperienza, e dopo tutti i sali e scendi si è stabilito un rapporto di sincera cordialità con il personale di bordo. Grazie, grazie della bellissima esperienza
